Terms of sale
Provisional version, being reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced by the final version before online sales open.
These terms apply to subscribing to the Greencelium Complete version and accompaniment licences. They are accepted when ordering.
Article 1 — Seller
THOT Computed sells and invoices the Complete version and accompaniment licences. Its details appear in the legal notice.
Article 2 — Offers and prices
Complete version: €50 excl. VAT per month per organisation, plus €10 excl. VAT per month per user from the first one. Accompaniment licence: €30 excl. VAT per month per accompanied organisation, plus €10 excl. VAT per month per member of that organisation. VAT is added at the applicable rate.
Article 3 — Reduced rate
Associations, cooperatives and ESUS-approved companies get a 30% reduction on the Complete version and on the licence, on proof validated by the Greencelium administration. The reduction applies until the stated validity date; an up-to-date proof extends it.
Article 4 — Order and payment
Orders are placed from the organisation’s Subscription page by accepting these terms. Payment is made online (Stripe) or, failing that, on a THOT Computed invoice. The invoice shows prices excluding tax, VAT and the total.
Article 5 — One-year commitment and guaranteed price
The subscription is taken for twelve months. The commitment is mutual: the subscribed price is guaranteed for that period. Renewal is announced at least one month before the end date; the subscription can be cancelled before that date, taking effect at the end date.
Article 6 — Billed users
Billed users are the organisation’s members and pending invitations. Their number is adjusted upwards as soon as another person joins the organisation, pro rata; downwards, at the end date.
Article 7 — Late payment
If a payment fails, the organisation is notified and keeps access while it settles. Failing that, it returns to the Free version, without losing data. Statutory penalties apply to business customers.
Article 8 — Accompaniment licence
The licence is paid by a provider reviewed by Greencelium for an organisation it accompanies, with that organisation’s agreement. The organisation moves to the Complete version for the duration of the licence. It runs for one year, with the same renewal conditions as the subscription.
Article 9 — End of the subscription
When the subscription or licence ends, the organisation returns to the Free version. Nothing is deleted: only new items beyond the Free limits are refused. Data export always remains possible.
Article 10 — Right of withdrawal
Customers acting for business purposes have no right of withdrawal. Non-business customers, such as some associations, have fourteen days from subscribing, under the conditions provided by law.
Article 11 — Complaints and applicable law
Complaints go to the Greencelium team (see legal notice), which answers within fifteen days. These terms are governed by French law; any dispute is first sought to be settled amicably, and non-business customers may use a consumer mediator.
