CSR self-assessment: where to start?

Ten simple questions to see where you stand on the three phases of the method: reduce, contribute, regenerate. You leave with your priorities, which pre-fill your roadmap if you create an account.

Full self-assessment

Forty questions on ten themes, from governance to the local area. The result is saved for your organisation, compared from one time to the next, and feeds into your framing and your roadmap.

The recommended path: self-assessment, then framing (impacts, value chain, direction), then the roadmap’s actions.

Your answers stay in your session: they are neither stored in our database nor shared.

Reduce

Do you know your energy consumption (electricity, heating, fuel) over the last twelve months?
Have you estimated your greenhouse gas emissions, even in a simplified way?
Do you track the water you withdraw and the water you discharge?
Do you reduce your waste at source (reuse, repair, sorting, recycling channels)?
Does your purchasing include social and environmental criteria?

Contribute

On top of your reductions, do you fund climate or biodiversity projects, without presenting them as offsetting?

Regenerate

Do you know how your sites and suppliers affect soils (land take, pollution, farmland)?
Have you identified the biodiversity around your sites and what your business depends on in nature?
Are working conditions (health, safety, fairness, working time) discussed regularly with the team?
Do you support associations or cultural organisations in your local area?

Frequently asked questions

Is the self-assessment really free?

Yes. It asks for no account and no email address, and your answers are not stored in our database.

Does it replace a carbon footprint assessment or a CSR audit?

No. It helps you choose where to start. To measure, use the public tools on the Resources page or a service provider (see the Companions).

What happens next?

Your priorities pre-fill the roadmap assistant. You can then ask a companion for help or join a peer circle.
