The texts, the name and the design of Greencelium belong to THOT Computed, unless stated otherwise. Members keep the copyright in what they contribute. The images credited below keep their licence. Reuse needs the right-holder’s agreement.
Personal data
THOT Computed is responsible for account data: identity, email address, organisation, messages and roadmaps posted on the platform. They are used to run the account, the territory and the exchanges. Signing in sets a session cookie, which the service needs. No third-party tracker is used. You may ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to the registered office, or from a platform administration account. A second functional cookie remembers the chosen language. Every member can download their data and delete their account from their own space (“My data” section). In a team roadmap, each person’s contributions (updates, evidence, comments, messages, thanks) are kept in a history visible to the organisation’s managers. The address of someone invited to an organisation who has no account yet is kept for 90 days at most. The member directory only shows people who chose to appear in it, and only to signed-in members; email addresses never appear there.
