Operating reserve: an additional reserve for the unit cost of each account. Every open account represents a monthly cost (20 € by default, set by the administrators: hosting, AI computing, emails). Contributions cover this reserve first; only what exceeds it forms the surplus passed on to partner associations.
Surplus = contributions received − members’ reserve − amounts already transferred. The surplus only goes to partner associations, never beyond what is available.

Footprint of the service
- Pages under 300 KB with under 30 KB of JavaScript, no web fonts or third-party resources (checked by tests on every change).
- No tracker or third-party analytics; only two functional cookies: the session and the chosen language.
- AI assistance (roadmaps, knowledge) runs on an open model we host ourselves, only when a member asks for it.
- Hosted on a server run by THOT Computed; images converted to WebP.
We do not yet publish a carbon footprint of the service: it will be done with the association, following the RGESN framework.
Governance
A Greencelium association will be created: it will take over the platform, open its governance to members and be able to issue tax receipts. Until then, THOT Computed bears the costs and publishes every euro received here.
Until the association exists, THOT Computed publishes the platform. Decisions about money received are traced in the administration log; members can ask any question in the Agora.
