Terms of use
Provisional version, being reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced by the final version before online sales open.
These terms govern the use of Greencelium, a mutual-aid platform for the social responsibility of small organisations. Creating an account means accepting them.
Article 1 — Publisher
Greencelium is designed, published and hosted on behalf of THOT Computed, whose details appear in the legal notice.
Article 2 — Accounts and roles
An account is personal. Within an organisation, the owner, administrator, contributor and reader roles give different rights; owners are responsible for the access they grant.
Article 3 — Free and Complete versions
The Free version allows three roadmaps and three members per organisation. The Complete version is paid under the terms of sale. What is paid is always stated, and a planned feature is never presented as available.
Article 4 — Your content
You remain the owner of your roadmaps, documents and messages. You allow Greencelium to host and display them according to the visibility you choose. What you publish in the knowledge base or the Agora is shared with the community under the conditions stated on those pages.
Article 5 — Community rules
Respect for people, no disguised advertising and no misleading environmental claims. Moderation may hide content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and explains why.
Article 6 — Companions and providers
Companions help as volunteers. Providers are paid professionals, reviewed before being listed and kept separate from companions. Greencelium takes no commission: the business relationship is directly between the organisation and the provider.
Article 7 — Artificial intelligence
AI proposals come from open models hosted for Greencelium; they are labelled as such and must be checked. Nothing is added without your consent. Your data is not used to train a model; your feedback is used to improve the rules and the catalogue.
Article 8 — Personal data
Data is processed as described in the legal notice. You can export your data at any time from your account and delete it.
Article 9 — Availability and liability
Greencelium is provided with care, without any guarantee of results. Its content and proposals do not replace professional advice, in particular legal, accounting or technical advice.
Article 10 — Changes and applicable law
These terms may change; significant changes are announced before they apply. They are governed by French law; any dispute is first sought to be settled amicably.
