Account guide
For signed-in people: a roadmap’s journey, from assessment to continuous improvement, then the specific roles.
On every page, the round “?” button at the bottom left starts a guided tour of the page.
Your space
Three landmarks follow you across the site: the “Account” button (green when you are there), the “My roadmap” shortcut to your latest roadmap, and notifications at the bottom right.
- On your first visit to each area, a guided tour starts; you can skip it and replay it with the “?” button.
- In the account: organisations, roadmaps shared with you, exchanges, profile, monthly summary and data.
Organisation and roles
Your organisation comes from your account request, a claimed directory listing or an invitation. Four roles:
- Owner and administrator: manage the listing, members, visibility and versions.
- Contributor: keeps the roadmap alive (actions, framing, documents, suggestions).
- Reader: views and comments.
- The public listing (description, town, website) only appears in the directory if you choose so.
Step 1: the self-assessment
The full version has 40 questions across ten topics, with “not applicable” where relevant. It is saved for the organisation and visible to its members.
- The result gives a level, a score per topic, your priorities and useful frameworks.
- Do it again after six months or a year to measure progress (it is a level 5 criterion).
Step 2: the framing
Seventeen sections lay the foundations: starting question, impacts, dependencies, value chain, scopes 1 to 3, stakeholders, reference year, ten-year course, what to stop, start or transform, levers.
- After a self-assessment, “Suggest a framing” prepares text for each section: you tick what you keep, and your text is preserved.
- Also record your measurements (Impact Score, GHG inventory, VSME…) with their date.
Step 3: actions
Each action has a stage (reduce, contribute, regenerate), a pillar, an owner, a deadline, an indicator and its values: baseline, target, current.
- “Suggest actions” becomes available once the assessment is done and half of the framing is filled in.
- Attach supporting evidence (invoices, readings, photos): it counts for levels 4 and 5.
- View by stage or tracking board, and export to the Greencelium spreadsheet.
The assistant
A Qwen3 model hosted by Greencelium. It prepares a first roadmap, suggests framing and actions, and answers in the Agora. It relies on the site’s knowledge index, updated weekly.
- Nothing is added without your consent, and the sources consulted are shown.
- When the assistant is unavailable, suggestions come from the method’s rules.
- Always review: the assistant can be wrong and does not replace a professional assessment.
Maturity levels
Five levels measure how the approach is run, not performance, and give rise to no ranking:
- 1 Spore: self-assessment, five actions, three pillars.
- 2 Hypha: framing half done, owners, deadlines, indicators.
- 3 Mycelium: a quarter finished, reductions under way, first results measured, one month.
- 4 Fruiting: half finished, measured and evidenced, one review, three months.
- 5 Network: three quarters finished, two reviews, new self-assessment, co-development, transparency, one year.
Working together
A roadmap is rarely kept alone. Greencelium offers several circles:
- the roadmap team: assigned actions, messages, history;
- co-development with a peer from another organisation, found in the member directory;
- a companion, who reviews and advises;
- visibility: private, public link or published (your actions then inspire other members).
Reviews, versions, VSME
A review at least once a year records progress. A version saves the current state; a new version goes through the assistant and keeps your handwritten actions.
- The VSME report (basic module) is filled in section by section and can be printed.
Agora, wiki, meetups
Ask your questions in the Agora, write a wiki page citing guides, actors or companions, sign up for peer meetups, and propose a project to an association in the directory.
Profile, security and data
In “Profile and security”: name, language, email (confirmed by email), presence in the member directory, password and two-factor authentication.
- Monthly email summary, to switch on or off.
- “My data”: download everything, or delete the account.
- “Show the guided tours again” replays all tours.
Role: companion
Create your card (introduction, topics, languages, availability) from the Companions page. You receive requests, read roadmaps shared with you, and can organise meetups.
Role: reviewer
The Knowledge page shows “To review”: proposed pages await your review before becoming “verified”.
Role: moderator
The Reports page lists flagged messages: hide, restore or dismiss, with a reason. Every decision is logged.
Role: administrator
Administration handles account requests, listing claims and duplicates, manages accounts (roles, reserve, suspension, organisations, companion profile), the directory (local actors and companions: listings, links, merging, deletion), the surplus (costs, partners, allocation) and the log. Each page is organised in tabs.
