French Tertiary Decree (Éco Énergie Tertiaire)
Obligation under French Decree No. 2019-771 requiring tertiary buildings of 1,000 m² or more to cut final energy consumption by 40% by 2030, 50% by 2040 and 60% by 2050 against a reference year (or to meet an absolute threshold). Owners and occupiers report consumption annually on ADEME’s OPERAT platform.
