Internal carbon price
Monetary value a company assigns to each tonne of CO₂e it emits in order to factor the cost of carbon into its decisions. It may be notional (a shadow price applied to investment decisions) or take the form of an actual internal fee whose proceeds fund reduction or contribution actions.
